A personal consultation via phone or video call helps us bring your vision to life. We will discuss the specific moment you wish to immortalize and any unique elements of your venue that hold meaning. To ensure perfection, I dedicate 4–6 hours to crafting your painting's structural foundation, allowing the background to beautifully spotlight the live emotion of your celebration.
Your love story is captured using archival-grade acrylics on a professional gallery-wrapped canvas. Each commission includes 6–10 hours of live painting, entertaining your guests while I preserve the heartbeat of your celebration. To ensure every detail is heirloom-quality, I dedicate an additional 6–10 hours of studio refinement to your masterpiece. Finally, a professional archival varnish protects your painting, ensuring these romantic memories stay vibrant for a lifetime.
Your masterpiece arrives ready to be cherished, wired and prepared for display at your request. While custom framing is not included, allowing you to choose a finish that perfectly complements your home, I ensure the foundation of your memory is secure. Whenever possible, I personally hand-deliver your painting to celebrate its homecoming with you; for those further away, shipping and insurance are thoughtfully calculated to ensure your love story reaches its final destination safely.
To bring my easel to you, travel within 100 miles of San Antonio, TX is nestled within your package as a complimentary gift.
For celebrations further afield, a simple travel fee of $0.70 per mile applies beyond that radius. Should your romantic destination require more than 1.5 hours of one-way travel, a one-night lodging stay of $150 will ensure I am rested and ready to paint your day. For journeys exceeding 2.5 hours, a two-night stay of $300 is requested. For grand adventures over 5 hours away, we will thoughtfully coordinate additional essentials like airfare, vehicle rental, and safe passage for your completed artwork. Every detail will be clearly shared in your personalized service agreement, ensuring our journey together is as seamless as your first dance.
